✅ Key Responsibilities:
Support month-end close processes and review reports from property accountants
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry and bill payments
Prepare journal entries and analyze financial data
Assist with property budget preparation and annual audits
Support payroll processing and benefit updates
Help maintain system controls and ensure data accuracy
Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives
Take on special projects and other accounting duties as needed

Qualifications:
Experience in accounting with a focus on general ledger and reconciliations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
Experience with payroll processing
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and follow-through
