✅ What You’ll Do:
Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations for assigned properties
Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payments
Post journal entries in accordance with GAAP and other accounting standards
Monitor escrow funding and ensure compliance for assigned properties
Provide accounting support to property and regional managers
Handle accounting for tenant move-ins, move-outs, and other changes
File applicable property tax forms
Assist with site budget preparation and property deposits
Support other accountants and contribute to special projects as needed

What You Bring:
3+ years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and office procedures
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, self-starting attitude
Ability to work full-time onsite in our Sioux Falls office
