FUNCTIONAL AREA: ON FIELD MARKETING

JOB SUMMARY

The Field Marketing Executive position is the front end of the business. It comprises all marketing activities that involve face-to-face contact with prospects/clients. This position is to build business by identifying prospects, helping convert the prospects to clients. It involves developing and managing excellent rapport with existing clients and leveraging on goodwill for furthering the business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Candidate will have to meet B2B & B2C prospect customers (Location wise data will be provided)

2. Lead Generation for non- data or few data location or areas.

3. Collect inquiry/information & pass information in company format to back-office team in Vadodara.

4. Daily timely, precise & clear reporting need to be submitted as per company system & instructions

5. Follow instruction given time to time by Back-office team or Director sir himself.

6. Coordinate with Distributor as & when asked.

7. He should be able to present business opportunity and generate references from meetings.

8. Any other assigned work given as per company requirement.

The Candidate should be

Self Motivated and enthusiasm for work.

Able to Co-ordinate with the client regarding requirement.

Do systematic Client Follow up and interact with Client on daily basis.

He should also be able to understand requirement and recommend solutions.

Accurately record and prepare reports of all prospects/client information in Company formats.

Interact effectively and professionally with clients and other field staff by providing support, information and guidance.

Exhibit the flexibility necessary to multi-task, and perform client identification in multiple locations as needed.

Execute full process from taking an appointment to complete information collation

Excellent time management & location wise geographical knowledge

Daily telephonic communication

Maintain professional knowledge by attending organization training, establishing personal networks

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Graduate in any discipline.

10+ years of marketing or sales experience

Should be able to speak clearly and write and speak in English & Hindi

Should have a two-wheeler with working meter reading with a valid driving license.

Travel requirements: Up to 100% travel within the assigned territory. Territory can be expanded or decreased as per business requirements.
