Are you passionate about sustainability, content, and all things digital? Do you instinctively know what clicks with Gen Z audiences? We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and driven Marketing & Social Media Executive to own our content strategy and social presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Instagram:
• Ideate high-impact content formats & reels
• Work with the team to plan and visualize the Instagram grid & stories
• Conceptualize and execute influencer & brand collabs
• Strategize engaging story formats and community-building ideas
• Respond to customer DMs with a brand-first tone

LinkedIn:
• Lead full content strategy and execution
• Build a strong, credible, and engaging brand voice
• Own the calendar, write compelling posts, track performance, and iterate

Reddit, Quora & other emerging platforms:
• Develop a content-first strategy to engage niche communities
• Answer smartly, build credibility, and grow our brand presence organically

Collaborations:
• Identify and execute meaningful collabs with creators, brands, and events
• Spot emerging trends and act fast to build real-time partnerships

Content & Blog Strategy:
• Work with the digital marketing team to ideate & execute SEO-friendly blogs
• Work on customer journeys for remarketing and customer retention

Who You Are:
• 1–2 years of experience in content, social media, or marketing roles
• Strong understanding of Gen Z content culture, memes, trends, and tone
• A creative thinker who’s not afraid to experiment and push boundaries
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Passionate about sustainability, climate conversations, and conscious living

• Have worked with D2C or lifestyle brands

• Are a Notion/Canva/ChatGPT nerd
