Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven experience with recruitment platforms and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.

ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in HR Service Delivery and Employee Relations workflows. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing solutions in HRSD, focusing on case management, lifecycle events, and employee experience.

About the Role
• Design, configure, and enhance HRSD modules, particularly around Employee Relations, Case & Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand HR processes and build technical solutions that align with policy and compliance needs
• Contribute to broader ServiceNow development efforts across ITSM, AppEngine, or integrations as needed
• Develop scripts (JavaScript), flows, and components using platform-native tools (Glide API, Flow Designer, Service Portal)
• Perform unit testing, participate in UAT cycles, and support deployments
• Maintain documentation and follow platform best practices for maintainability and scalability

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Solid experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including at least one full implementation
• Deep understanding of Employee Relations processes, either through technical implementation or direct collaboration with HR stakeholders
• CSA certification
• Strong scripting skills and familiarity with Flow Designer, ACLs, and Service Portal customization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
