Job description
Manage assigned departments with little supervision
- Partner with Athletes to confirm shoots, enforce deadlines
- Interact with Photographers, Photo Assistants, Stylists, and Art Directors regarding priorities and rushes
- Monitor and spearhead rush photography and returns
- Receive merchandise back after shoot, inspect contents and report discrepancies
- Manage images post-photo shoot, including reshoots, rush images, color swatching and color corrections
- Pack and accurately document merchandise for shipping according to proper specifications
- Return merchandise to vendor, Buying Office or Warehouse
- Work in Plum Slice database, updating current information on samples and photography status
- Understand priorities and act in accordance with business needs
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all partners
Salary : ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Purpose
The Marketing Events Assistant plays a pivotal role in delivering Veramed’s commercial event strategy, strengthening brand presence through the execution of high-impact events. This role requires a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced individual who takes full ownership of event coordination and delivery. With a strong sense of accountability and a collaborative mindset, the Marketing Events Assistant ensures that all event activities are executed to a high standard, aligned with Veramed’s values, and contribute meaningfully to broader marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The job tasks listed below outline the scope of the position. The application of these tasks may vary, based on current business needs.
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and Veramed-hosted events.
- Manage end-to-end logistics: registration, booth shipping, collateral production, venue booking, catering, travel, and promotional materials.
- Act as the primary liaison with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Develop and support event-related content (e.g., invitations, social media, follow-up communications) to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Maintain and manage event calendars, budgets, and post-event reporting with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Facilitate pre- and post-event briefings to ensure clear accountability and timely follow-through on actions.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance using feedback and analytics to inform future strategy.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, event management, or administrative support roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Account Engagement) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
