We're seeking a talented and passionate Assistant Fashion Designer to collaborate with our vibrant team. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience working with Indian couture fashion designers and demonstrate a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary fashion aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative Indian and Western silhouettes
Collaborate with the design team to create unique collections
Expertise in fabric manipulations, embroideries, and embellishments
Stay updated on current trends in Indian and international fashion
Source fabrics and materials
Create technical sketches and mood boards
E nsure designs meet quality standards and brand aesthetics
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with Indian couture designers
Strong knowledge of fabric manipulations and intricate embroidery techniques
Proficiency in both Indian and Western fashion silhouettes
Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for design
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
Good communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:

Experience with CAD software is beneficial
Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly fabrics
