Job Description
About Us
We are a Canadian leader in air filtration, helping businesses create cleaner, safer, and more efficient environments. From industrial facilities to commercial buildings, our solutions improve air quality, reduce downtime, and support regulatory compliance. We pride ourselves on delivering value through quality products, innovation, and real partnership — not just selling filters.
Role Summary
Location: Onsite Auto manufacturer, Oshawa, ON
Industry: Air Filtration / Facility Management
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

We are currently seeking a dedicated, organized, and customer-focused Onsite Account Representative to support our long-standing partnership with an auto manufacturer. This full-time, onsite role plays a critical part in our TFM program — overseeing filtration inventory, coordinating with onsite teams, and ensuring consistent, high-performance filtration across the facility. If you thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment, enjoy managing details, and take pride in building strong customer relationships, this role is for you.
Main Tasks
Serve as the primary onsite liaison between our company and the automotive manufacturer’s facility and maintenance teams.
Manage all aspects of our Total Filtration Management program, including:

Monitoring and maintaining appropriate onsite air filter inventory levels
Coordinating deliveries and reorders with internal supply chain teams
Tracking usage and forecasting future demand based on site activity and seasonal trends
Conduct regular walkthroughs of the facility to:

Inspect filter installations and identify potential service or inventory concerns
Engage with onsite contractors and facility maintenance personnel to assess and recommend optimal filtration changeout frequencies
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customer contacts at all levels
Report weekly on usage trends, stock levels, and key activities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and consistent filtration performance
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing, inventory, or facility operations role (account management, site services, or supply chain experience is a plus)
Familiarity with industrial or commercial facilities; understanding of HVAC or filtration systems is an asset
Strong organizational skills — able to track multiple priorities and keep detailed records
Clear and professional communication skills — both written and verbal
Comfortable interacting with maintenance crews, contractors, and customer leadership
Able to work independently and proactively on a customer site
Proficient in basic computer tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.); SAP experience preferred and experience with inventory tracking software is an asset
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and pass any required site onboarding or safety protocols
Why Join Us?
Join a trusted Canadian leader in industrial air quality
Take ownership of a high-profile customer account in a respected facility
Competitive hourly compensation (40 hours/week)
Full benefits package including health, dental, and RRSP matching
Consistent, stable schedule — Monday to Friday, day shifts only
Be part of a company that values quality, partnership, and service excellence
Are you full of ideas? Are you keen to take on responsibility and really achieve something? Then our doors are open to you. This company lives out its values, gives people the freedom to use their own initiative, and offers many development exciting opportunities and many exciting projects – all of which awaits you here.
