Responsibilities
Partaking in hands-on training by shadowing the vendors during the system installations
Managing an ongoing, continuous analysis and review of data to ensure efficiency is always achieved
Participating in establishing the maintenance plan for our automated sorting process and supporting equipment.
Conducting mechanical, electrical and software maintenance as required
Management and analysis of KPI’s
Qualifications
3-5 years relevant experience in the field of electromechanics.
Post- secondary diploma (College) as Electrical/Mechanical Technician.
Embraces change and has a continuous improvement mindset.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly understand and identify issues and implement solutions.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously.
