Social Media Marketing Intern

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms.

Duties

Assist in creating, curating, and managing published content (images, video, written) across social media channels.
Utilize tools like Hootsuite to schedule posts and monitor engagement metrics.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with our e-commerce goals.
Create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe software for social media campaigns.
Support advertising initiatives by drafting copy and designing promotional materials.
Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and suggest improvements.
Experience

Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their respective audiences.
Experience or coursework in graphic design, advertising, or digital marketing is preferred.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator) is highly desirable.
A passion for social media trends and a desire to learn more about e-commerce strategies.
