and our doctors all have backgrounds in general and emergency medicine. We are
currently looking for a skilled Receptionist with Animal Care Attendant (ACA)

phone calls; scheduling appointments; maintaining accuracy of patient files; weighing
patients upon arrival; processing payments and providing invoices, receipts and
estimates; responding to client emails; tracking vaccine status and appointment
reminders.
The ACA component entails assisting RVTs and doctors with safe animal restraint,
animal husbandry, assisting with patient admissions and discharges, procedural
preparation and cleanup, surgical instrument cleaning and sterilization, client education
and some inventory tasks.
This role is vital in delivering compassionate, efficient care to both clients and their pets.
We are looking for a team member that is punctual, very organized and is comfortable
multitasking in a fast paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
