Thyrocare is looking for only candidates from pharma backgrounds who have doctor connections in that area. Working in the given territory for at least 6 months is required. and we are looking for a driven and go-getter business development executive for its diagnostics (pathology) vertical. You will be a part of a high-growth team and responsible for driving diagnostics business from doctors in the territory assigned to you. You will own the business development, branding, and customer relations for the diagnostics business in your territory. You will grow the business by onboarding new doctors and building and nurturing relationships with the existing base.

Responsibilities:

• Scale and grow the diagnostics business in your territory.

• Approach doctors and educate them of the opportunity of an incremental business by turning their labs into Thyrocare.

• Identify and onboard high-potential doctors in your territory.

• Motivate existing doctors to generate incremental business.

• Execute branding across your territory to ensure high footfall in your diagnostic base.

• Be the single point of contact for the doctors and support them across operations, diagnostic know-how, and other queries.

• Responsible for revenue growth

• Ensuring all required reports as per TAT

• Create brand visibility among KOL.
