About Chorus

At Chorus, we go beyond care — we build real connections that strengthen community.

As a for-purpose organisation, we connect and support people through community-driven care for seniors and adults living with disability or mental health needs.

We deliver in-home and community-based care across Western Australia, helping individuals stay connected, supported, and engaged. Our services are built on relationships, trust, and a genuine commitment to making a difference where it matters most — close to home.

With a team of more than 1,000 employees and volunteers, Chorus is more than a workplace — it’s a community-driven movement. Every role contributes to building real connections between people and strengthening the fabric of local communities. We work through a network of small local connected teams and enterprises who are developing increasing levels of autonomy, enterprising, and self-organising capability.

About the opportunity

To support the ongoing transformation journey of Chorus we are looking for a management / project accountant to join the team on a 6 month contract. This role will support Chorus by:

Analysing financial, customer, transactional and community data to gain insights and make recommendations.
Supporting the delivery of projects and initiatives through scenario modelling, business case development, and investment analysis.
Responding to audit requests and engagement in adhoc financial reporting requests as needed.
About you

You will be CA or CPA qualified ( or working towards qualification) with around 5 years experience.

You will bring well developed analytical skills and the ability to use contemporary financial modelling and business intelligence tools, ideally power BI.

You will love working with numbers and turning them into powerful insights and at the same time be naturally collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.

To apply

Please submit a concise CV highlighting your relevant experience, contribution and achievements as well as a cover letter describing what attracts you specifically to this role.

What We Offer

Competitive remuneration package including salary packaging opportunities.
The opportunity to work in an organisation committed to doing work differently
The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals Chorus support and the communities we engage in.
Active and ongoing personal growth and development
Access to our Work on Wellbeing survey and support and 24/7 EAP support through Sonder.

We work with communities and alongside people to support them to live the life they choose, with a particular focus on seniors and people living with disability and mental illness. Ultimately, we exist so local communities can thrive.
