These positions are in the regional training rotation programme with Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Auckland Region Districts comprising of Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Te Toka Tumai Auckland, Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Waitemata and Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Counties Manukau Districts.

World-class training and easy access to trainers and supervisors - we will provide you with protected teaching time under the supervision and mentorship of our passionate and knowledgeable senior clinicians. Each of our hospitals provide a comprehensive teaching programme and other learning opportunities including; Grand Rounds, Journal Clubs and Bedside Teaching.

Unique exposure to clinical and cultural settings - we will involve you with our diverse patient base and demographic population (there are more than 200 ethnic communities in Auckland). You will get a huge variety of clinical presentations and pathologies so you can decide how this influences your learning and future speciality focus or career pathway.

About you
To be eligible to apply, applicants should meet the criteria below:

Passed NZREX Examination or PLAB Part 1 and Part 2
Graduated in the last 10 years, 7 desirable
Minimum 1-year post-graduation experience working as a doctor
Only complete applications will be considered therefore all required documentation must be provided as part of the application process. A complete application will include:

Certified copy of your NZREX or PLAB pass letter
An up-to-date CV outlining your overseas experience as a doctor, any paid or voluntary work in NZ, and other relevant information. Please account for any periods without employment.
Evidence of primary medical degree
Certified copies of passport and driver’s license
