The Opportunity
As part of the Software Engineering team you will create innovative software solutions using advanced technologies and methodologies. As a Manager you will provide leadership across teams, securing adherence to development standards while mentoring developers to enhance their skills and performance. This position presents an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, driving the development of impactful applications and contributing to the success of our tax innovation initiatives.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Experience with front-end web development frameworks preferred
Understanding of Object Oriented Programming principles
Utilizing Microsoft Application Lifecycle Management with Azure DevOps
Demonstrating leadership across onshore and offshore teams
Managing time and quality targets within a sprint
Running scrum and retrospective meetings
Reviewing designs and code for adherence to standards
Providing feedback and coaching to developers
Understanding of the software development life-cycle

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
