Job Summary
Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong background in QuickBooks Enterprise Suite? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment where accuracy and strategic insight are key? Join our growing team as an In ouse Accountant and help drive financial excellence across our organization.
This role involves managing financial records, preparing journal entries, and ensuring compliance with governmental accounting standards. The Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial data and supporting the overall financial management of the organization.
Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage day to day accounting operations, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Conduct budget planning and forecasting for multiple locations
Prepare and file State and Federal Tax Returns
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Enterprise Suite
Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Generate financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
Experience
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role, demonstrating strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Experience with tax filings, budgeting, and financial forecasting
Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with accounting software - QuickBooks.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
