Beyoung is looking for Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:
• Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media ads to identify and acquire customers. Manage end to end marketing campaigns for the brand on time, on budget, to scope
• Managing creative delivery and acting as the gatekeeper of high quality creative
• Independently leading the troubleshooting of sometimes complex issues that surfaced during the campaign life-cycle
• Execute on a marketing project by working closely with key functional teams, including Social, Paid Media, & brand managers
• Work with internal creative teams to deliver culturally relevant campaigns
• Define success metrics, funnel structures & measurement methods and reporting processes
• Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support
• Provides short & long term reports of ads analysis and interpretation of social media ads
• Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal team

Requirements:
• Proficient with Instagram & Facebook Ads
• Creating & maintaining timely reports
• Good hands on analyzing the data
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
• Self motivated yet customer focused
• Managing Processes
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
• Excellent knowledge of all the social media ads strategies
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Minimum 1 Year of practical experience in executing social media ads
• Experience in setting up and optimizing social media campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
