Store Sales Executive

As a store salesperson, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. You will interact with customers, assist them in finding products, and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance: Greet customers as they enter the store, assist them in finding products, and answer any questions they may have about merchandise or promotions.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products sold in the store, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively assist customers in making purchasing decisions.

3. Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet their requirements. Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

4. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are properly displayed to attract customer attention. Notify management of any inventory discrepancies or shortages.

5. Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle payments, returns, and exchanges following company policies and procedures.

6. Customer Service Excellence: Provide personalized assistance to customers, address their concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner, and strive to exceed their expectations to build loyalty and repeat business.

7. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual appearance of the store by arranging displays, signage, and promotional materials to create an inviting and attractive shopping environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Enthusiasm for working with people and providing exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Basic math skills and proficiency in using a cash register or POS system.

- High school diploma or equivalent education.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift objects for extended periods.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a retail environment.
