Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence, lead generation, and brand visibility. This is a full-time remote position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to shape the future of real estate in India.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, , etc.)
Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Create, schedule, and optimize content for social media, email marketing, and blogs.
Monitor and report on performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, CAC, etc.).
Collaborate with sales and tech teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Manage marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot (or alternatives), etc.
Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and algorithms to maintain competitiveness.
Drive growth through influencer marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and lead funnel optimization.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and analytics tools.
Ability to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
