Your role is critical to upholding our brand reputation and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and wiping surfaces. - Clean and sanitize restrooms, including refilling supplies (soap, paper towels). - Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal. - Clean windows, mirrors, and glass displays. - Dust shelves, fixtures, and high-touch areas. - Monitor and report maintenance issues (., leaks, broken equipment). - Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. - Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisors of low inventory. - Assist in spill cleanups and emergency sanitation needs. - Collaborate with staff to maintain cleanliness during peak hours. Qualifications: - Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and work in varied conditions. - Attention to detail with a commitment to hygiene standards. - Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Basic communication skills (English/local language). - Reliability and punctuality. - Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required.
