The Fit

We’re looking for a strategic, technically skilled leader who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about delivering innovative, enterprise-scale solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a collaborative mindset.

You’ll bring:

10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in solution architecture or senior technical design roles.
Proven success in designing and delivering complex, scalable solutions across hybrid environments.
Expertise in architecture domains such as application, data, and integration.
Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modelling tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
A collaborative approach, working effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business leaders.
A mentoring mindset, with a passion for uplifting architectural capability across teams.
A forward-thinking attitude, staying current with emerging technologies and driving innovation.
