Right now, we need an on-to-it Receptionist to join our team at Les Mills Newmarket in our unique Reception role. This is not just any Receptionist position - you'll play a crucial part in both welcoming our members and contributing to our growth and retention efforts.

You will be part of our kick-ass reception team and may cover some Duty Manager shifts and responsibilities. You will be the face of Les Mills, the first and last point of contact for our members – creating a lasting impression that aligns with our brand's high standards.

Key responsibilities include handling Reception duties while also engaging in enrolling new prospects and contributing to membership growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your basic sales skills in a supportive, dynamic environment.

You will ideally:
Have experience in holding the fort in a similar role to undertake Duty Manager responsibilities if required.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Love working with people and being part of team that has each others backs
Have great confidence when meeting new people
Be immaculately groomed and be fastidious about maintaining an ordered workspace
Have a fitness story and be committed to a healthy lifestyle
This role is part time and requires shifts right across the week including weekends and evenings. But hey, once you’ve found your bliss, the hours are irrelevant, right?
