Join the Telstra team for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work on one of Australia's most iconic and respected brands. As part of the award-winning +61 agency collective (Bear Meets Eagle on Fire, TBWA, and OMD), you'll collaborate closely with creative and connections teams to help shape campaigns from the ground up. As Account Executive you will play an important role in the delivery of our Performance with Integrity ambition across your client group. You will work with other members of your team in the creation of market leading ideas for your clients.
What you'll be doing:
Work with Account Teams, Specialist Business Units and Strategists to create the Media idea
Assess all communication options via use of all media research tools
Collate data to enable your team to deliver detailed recommendations of the proposed communication strategy
Complete competitive data analysis and uncover innovative insights
Collaborate with and share information with the creative agency partners when required
Build professional and trusted relationships with your clients
Manage relationships with all stakeholders internal and external
Respond to clients requests in a timely manner
Grow knowledge of key media tools and systems to assist with best in class plans and trading delivery
What you'll need:
Strong planning skills across key media channels
Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients
High-level presentation skills (both written and verbal)
Organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive approach to all tasks and compliance to deadlines
Demonstrate a passion to do great, innovative work and inspire others
Ability to coach and develop junior team members
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Demonstrated experience within a media agency environment
