Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are consistently clean, well-presented, and ready for guests.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, setting and maintaining high standards across all areas and addressing any issues promptly.
• Handle guest feedback, addressing concerns and implementing solutions proactively. Support the wider Rooms Division and collaborate with other departments (Front Office, Engineering, Events) to enhance guest experience.
• Design and manage efficient rotas and staffing schedules, balancing business needs, cost control, and team wellbeing to ensure the right coverage at all times.
• Lead, coach, and motivate your team by providing clear direction, constructive feedback, training, and recognition, building pride and morale within the department.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven leadership experience in Housekeeping within four-star hotels
• Strong organisational skills, with experience managing large and diverse teams
• Approachable, hands-on, and passionate about guest experience and team development
• Drive to go above and beyond, in exceeding guest expectations and finding ways to continually improve service.
