Housekeeping Team Leader

Proactively guide, support and train the housekeeping team, by being an example of good practice, with assistance from the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Permanent - Full Time, 38 hours per week position

The Tops Conference Centre is set on 200 acres of prime bushland in Stanwell Tops and is a great location for school and community groups, team building retreats and conferences – with fun outdoor activities and challenges, plus campfires for an evening of sharing stories. Our Housekeeping team play an important role in our guest experience by ensuring our accomodation and facilities are clean and ready for their arrival.
About the Role

Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping Supervisor to guide the team and ensure all services are implemented to a high standard for guests
Cleaning of accommodation, facilities and room checks
Assist with ironing and washing
Site preparation
Stock and supply maintenance
What You Bring

Experience in housekeeping services in a hotel or simliar setting
Leadership experience to supervise a team of housekeepers
Basic Microsoft/Computer skills to order supplies etc.
Valid Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
