🧵 Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer with a strong sense of style and an export-oriented mindset, specializing in Western women’s wear. The ideal candidate will be passionate about international trends, skilled in design execution, and capable of delivering innovative collections that appeal to overseas buyers.

📌 Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop Western wear collections tailored for export markets (e.g., USA, UK, Europe)
• Create mood boards, trend reports, and seasonal line sheets
• Develop tech packs, CADs, and detailed garment specifications for production
• Collaborate with sampling, merchandising, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery
• Liaise with buyers and vendors to adapt collections based on feedback and market needs
• Maintain consistent quality and aesthetic across styles and categories
• Lead fittings and provide corrections before final approvals

🎓 Requirements
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Western wear and export-driven fashion houses
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and export readiness
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and fashion CAD tools
• In-depth understanding of fabrics, silhouettes, trims, and finishing
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Freelancers must be reliable and well-versed in independent project management

• Prior work with international buyers or export markets
• Strong trend-forecasting abilities and understanding of seasonal fashion cycles
