• Recommending hotels based on location, preferences, and travel plans
• Researching rates, amenities, and special offers to provide the best value
• Managing booking details, confirmations, and changes
• Providing support and timely communication throughout the reservation process
• Staying informed on hotel policies, travel trends, and guest satisfaction best practices
