Deputy General Manager- Mechanical Design

• Qualification – M. Tech in Machine Design from Premier Indian Institute such as NIT/IIT/VIT
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the pharmaceutical machinery/tooling industry.
• Improving design process
• Root cause analysis of design failures
• Noise, Wear & tear due to friction and temperature, Harmonics/vibration analysis and condition monitoring techniques knowledge
• Torque analysis and performance measurement of frame structure, Drives and gearbox
• Collaborating with process team for economical manufacturing process meeting the dimensional and geometrical accuracy requirements
• Selection of metallurgy based on duty conditions and alternate composite material experience
• High level proficiency in Design software
• Demonstrated leadership experience with strong team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
