What you'll do...
Key Responsibilities:

Zones and maintains the produce department to ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.

Rotates stock regularly and removes expired, damaged, or unsellable items.

Ensures all merchandise is properly signed and priced.

Adheres to cold chain compliance standards, including thermometer calibration, temperature recording, and accurate rotation based on sell-by and expiration dates.

Follows food safety and handling procedures, including sanitation and cleaning protocols.

Executes correct processes for ordering, clearances, markups/markdowns, signage, flagging, pricing, and labeling.

Stocks and maintains fully merchandised displays, ensuring the department is ready for business.

Completes modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf cap sets.

Follows all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Stocks merchandise and performs downstocking where applicable. Applies product protection as needed.
