Do you have Food Services experience and looking to impart your knowledge onto others? Help guide and support the catering team at Angliss Hospital, (Upper Ferntree Gully) to develop and grow. 2 rosters available, either Wed to Sat, Midday to 8pm OR Sun to Tues, Midday to 8pm.

The Position:

Ensuring guidelines and operational procedures are met
Participating in and supporting the food service team on a day to day basis
Adhering to catering specific KPI's
Maintain a high standard of food services in accordance with Food Safety Legislation and Food Services Procedures
Preparation and presentation of patient meals and mid meals
Cleaning and sanitizing of patient meal trays, cutlery, crockery and trolleys
Preparation of work stations including assembly of items and stocking of consumables

Minimum Criteria:

Previous Food Service Experience (hospitality, entertainment or healthcare/aged care setttings)
Must have a genuine interest in working with and caring for people
Must hold a valid Working with Children Card
Must have a valid Police Check dated in the last 12 months
Food Handlers Certificate or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is highly desirable.
