Job Description
Welcome to Punthill Essendon North

Sitting proudly in Melbourne’s north-west, Punthill Essendon North is where modern design meets suburban charm. Inspired by clean lines, natural light, and a warm, minimalist palette, the hotel is a fresh take on apartment-style accommodation just minutes from Essendon Fields and Tullamarine Airport.

With 40 spacious apartments including studios, one- and two-bedroom options, there’s a style for every stay.
You’ll also enjoy great public transport links, car parking for team members, and direct access to the Hotel Manager – no red tape, just real support.
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest.

Maintain common areas to brand standards
Guest room in-stay & departure cleans to a high standard
Ensure that the efficiency and quality of cleans meet hotel benchmarks
Provide feedback on hotel common area condition to the Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Manager, particularly in terms of areas that require deep clean, repairs or replacement to maintain hotel standards

About You

We work in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same, so we’re looking for people who are adaptable, enjoy variety and operate with an ownership mindset.

The successful person must have:

Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Visa with approved working rights)
Attention to detail, organisational skills and high standards of cleanliness
Flexibility to work at least 3 shifts a week (primarily morning / day shifts)
Ability to work as a team & also independently
