We are looking for person

who is capable to oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality customer service, and compliance with health and safety regulations. This role supports management by leading the team, resolving issues, and ensuring the restaurant meets its financial and operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff Schedule shifts and manage labor to meet business needs. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or coaching as needed. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints or concerns promptly. Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for guests. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including opening and closing duties. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the restaurant at all times. Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed. Financial Duties: Assist in budgeting and cost control. Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and report discrepancies. Collaboration: Work closely with the business owner to implement policies and procedures. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management certification is a plus. Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a restaurant. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and food safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $56,352.95 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
