Legal Assistant – Real Estate

📍 Saskatoon, SK | 💼 Full-Time or Part-Time | 💰 $20–$25/hour

ECCE Law Prof. Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Assistant to join our Commercial Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment where your skills will directly support real estate transactions and client success.

About the Role

As a Legal Assistant, you will:
• Prepare and submit registrations with ISC Land Titles Registry
• Conduct due diligence searches
• Draft and prepare mortgage, transfer, and other real estate transactional documents
• Support lawyers with calendar management, deadlines, and client communications.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
• Handle time entries, disbursements, billing, and payments

What We’re Looking For

✅ Education & Experience
• High school diploma required; Legal Assistant Certificate is an asset
• 1–2 years of experience in a legal assistant role (real estate preferred)
• Experience with Saskatchewan Land Titles, Corporate Registry, and Personal Property Registry is an asset
• Must pass a criminal record check

✅ Skills & Competencies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions, bank forms, and financing documents
