Implementation Consultant – Investment Accounting Systems

Full job description
What You’ll Do:

Lead implementations of systems like MRI Software, Yardi Investment Accounting, Investran, eFront, or Aladdin
Collaborate with client finance and operations teams to gather requirements and configure platforms
Manage data migration, UAT, and go-live for fund accounting solutions
Set up back-office workflows for capital calls, NAV calculations, reconciliations, and investor reporting
Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support
Serve as the main point of contact for North American clients and ensure project success
What You Bring:

3+ years in investment accounting, fund administration, or system implementation
Experience with investment platforms (MRI, Yardi, Geneva, eFront, etc.)
Strong understanding of fund structures, capital flows, GAAP/IFRS
Excellent client-facing communication and project management skills
Accounting background (CPA/CA/CFA preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
