About the Role

We are currently seeking two full-time Medical Receptionists to join our friendly team at Jones Radiology. One role will be primarily based at our Prospect Clinic, while the other will be primarily based at our Burnside Hospital Clinic. Although each position has a designated home clinic, both roles will involve working across Prospect, Burnside as well as our Stepney Clinic.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for patients, referrers and visitors. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will handle reception duties, appointment scheduling and patient administration with efficiency and care. This role offers Monday to Friday shifts between 7:45am and 6:30pm, with occasional weekend work, and includes a comprehensive paid training program to set you up for success.


About You

Available to work Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 7:45am and 6:30pm
Friendly, professional and customer-focused, with a passion for patient care.
Experience in a reception or customer service role, ideally in a medical setting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and stay organised.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
A team player who supports both patients and colleagues.
Good computer skills, with an understanding of medical imaging terminology being a plus.
