Position: Receptionist

Location: Canberra Surgicentre, Canberra, ACT

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

About Us: Join our vibrant team at Canberra Surgicentre, where we provide exceptional oral and maxillofacial care to our patients in a friendly and welcoming environment. We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to fill a Receptionist role.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

Answering phone calls and handling patient inquiries.
Checking in patients for operating theatre
Processing payments through HICAPS terminal.
Booking patients for consultations and surgical procedures.
Taking payments and managing patient records.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Willingness to work in satellite location as required.
Experience in a dental or medical setting preferred.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Training:

On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to carry out your responsibilities confidently.
