Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Property Maintenance & Marketing Assistant to join our crew. In this role, you’ll:

Learn and help perform window washing, pressure washing, lawn mowing, and basic landscaping
Support the team on job sites and assist with equipment setup
Collect payments and maintain simple job records under guidance
Help update our leads database and make introductory cold calls
Assist with marketing tasks: posting on social media, handing out flyers, and tracking campaign results
This role blends fieldwork with light office duties—ideal for someone eager to learn the ropes of property maintenance and local marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside experienced crew members on cleaning, washing, and landscaping tasks
Set up and clean equipment before and after each job
Greet customers, confirm appointments, and process payments using mobile devices
Enter new leads into our CRM and follow scripts for initial outreach calls
Support small-scale marketing efforts: social posts, flyers distribution, and basic event setups
Keep work vehicles and supplies organized
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Comfortable with physical outdoor work and lifting up to 25 kg
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, social media)
Strong communication and customer-service attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction in both field and office tasks
