Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a strong understanding of current marketing tools, digital trends, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.
Create engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, and advertising campaigns.
Manage the company’s social media presence and digital advertising.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce promotional materials.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Plan and organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
Maintain relationships with media vendors and stakeholders.
Assist in budgeting and ensure marketing activities are cost-effective.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of marketing tools, analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, SEO, Google Analytics).

Pay: $36,935.33-$94,259.39 per year
