OUR MISSION:
To lead the club industry by recognizing and celebrating the value of our members—every time they step through our doors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You’ll be the one-person finance powerhouse responsible for end-to-end accounting—from the most routine to the strategic:
Financial Leadership:
Own AP, AR (ClubEssential & Reserve), payroll (ADP), cash flow forecasting, and month-end close.
Maintain daily reconciliations, flash reports, and the 13-week cash forecast.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
Build rolling forecasts, budget vs. actual analyses, and variance reports.
Translate numbers into clear stories and actionable insights for leadership.
Compliance & Controls:
Ensure GAAP alignment, tax filings, audit prep, and solid internal controls.
Keep our compliance calendar and never miss a deadline.
Systems & Automation:
Master and optimize our ERP, ClubEssential, ADP, and payment/expense tools.
Identify automation wins to reduce manual busy-work.
Member Onboarding & Billing:
Set up new member accounts, manage initiation fees, monthly dues, and statements.
Keep the member billing rhythm smooth so everyone can focus on our members and creating memorable experiences.
Petty Cash & Expenses:
Oversee petty cash with tight controls and process all staff reimbursements swiftly.
Year-End Audit Prep:
Gather audit schedules, produce PBC lists, and partner with our external CPA for a seamless audit.
