Position: US Staffing Recruiter-Healthcare/Medical
Work Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
Salary : DOE plus commission
Timings: EST Timings Monday-Friday(6:30Pm to 3:30Am on IST)
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 2-5 years of experience in recruiting or human resources in healthcare Industry for US companies or experience in call center
- Previous Nurse, Physician or Lab technician recruiting experience, preferred.
- Desire to pursue a career in healthcare recruiting/sales. Designing searches to target the right applicants. Using judgment in determining the best available applicants for open position with our clients who are mostly hospitals, health systems and homecare.
- Leveraging an applicant tracking system, job boards, and social media to maximize quality and quantity of applicants.
- Capable of using Social Networking systems (Facebook, LinkedIn) (required).
- Documenting interview findings in an applicant tracking system to aid all recruiters in placing the applicant with a client.
- Obtaining necessary documentation of licenses and certifications, ensuring proper documentation in an applicant tracking system
- Self-confident, sales driven and able to successfully work in a highly competitive marketplace
- Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills
- Work during US EST timings/India night shift
Job Type : Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
