Position & Location Account Executive (MANUFACTURING)

Vasai (Mumbai)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handling Sales Invoice, Service Invoice, E-way bills and challan.

2. Handling Purchase Invoice and Expense voucher.

3. Handling Petty cash.

4. Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.

5. Working knowledge of GST & TDS

6. Processing transactions and updating ledgers, budgets etc.

7. Reconciliation, Ledger confirmation and identifying discrepancies.

Qualification & Requirement

1. B.Com/ M.Com

2. 2 to 6 years of experience as Account Executive ( Not From CA Firm)

3. Skills:- Tall ERP and Tally Prime, Excel, and Data handling. ( Tally exp ) is mandatory

4. MS-Office

5. Meticulous attention to detail.

6. Computer literate.

7. Proactive nature

Edcucation : B.Com /BAF ( Bachelor in accounting finance )
