Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/ Server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender/ Server, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks and food and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their needs are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and floor including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
Handle all closing duties
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred. Min 10 years experience
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
