Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Communicating with clients about layout and design.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Experience with computer-aided design.
• Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Job description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
This role is responsible for producing high-quality motion graphics and animations using existing game assets, designing and animating compelling user acquisition ad units, and creating animated visual content for in-game promotions, social media campaigns, and mobile store assets.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the cinematics, 3D, and marketing teams to develop storyboards and visual narratives that resonate with our global audience. This includes supporting the creation of animated social posts, banners, and campaign landing pages for contests and promotions, as well as delivering animated graphic elements for websites, blogs, and product pages that maintain brand consistency.
The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, and skilled use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. They should also be proficient in Cinema 4D and/or 3ds Max for modeling, animation, lighting, and rendering, and experience with MoGraph tools and procedural animation workflows is a plus.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Motion Design Software: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• 3D Animation & Rendering: Proficient in Cinema 4D and/or 3ds Max, familiar with Redshift, Octane, or Arnold rendering engines, and experience with MoGraph tools and procedural animation workflows
• Output & Integration: Knowledge of industry-standard video formats, compression settings, and publishing specs, comfortable working on Mac and Windows platforms, and managing files across cloud platforms
• Workflow Enhancements: Ability to use expressions, scripts, and plugins to streamline production
• Design Acumen: Strong foundation in composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling, ability to conceptualize original ideas, and keen eye for detail and dedication to visual polish
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, receptive to feedback, and passionate about games, storytelling, and motion as a medium
