What You'll Do
Motion Design & Animation:
• Produce high-quality motion graphics and animations using existing game assets for trailers, gameplay showcases, and promotional content.
• Design and animate compelling user acquisition ad units with a mix of gameplay footage, live-action, character animation, and motion graphics.
• Create animated visual content for in-game promotions, social media campaigns, and mobile store assets (Google Play & iOS App Store).
Creative Storytelling:
• Collaborate with the cinematics, 3D, and marketing teams to develop storyboards and visual narratives that resonate with our global audience.
• Support the creation of animated social posts, banners, and campaign landing pages for contests and promotions.
• Deliver animated graphic elements for websites, blogs, and product pages that maintain brand consistency.
What You Need to SucceedTechnical Skills
• Motion Design Software:
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects for keyframe animation, motion tracking, compositing, and VFX.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and sequencing.
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating, editing, and managing visual assets.
• 3D Animation & Rendering:
• Proficient in Cinema 4D and/or 3ds Max for modeling, animation, lighting, and rendering.
• Experience with MoGraph tools and procedural animation workflows.
• Familiarity with Redshift, Octane, or Arnold rendering engines is a plus.
• Output & Integration:
• Knowledge of industry-standard video formats (MP4, MOV, ProRes), compression settings, and publishing specs.
• Comfortable working on Mac and Windows platforms and managing files across cloud platforms.
• Experience with game capture tools (e.G., OBS, Fraps, Elgato) and integrating in-game assets into marketing videos.
• Workflow Enhancements:
• Ability to use expressions, scripts, and plugins (e.G., DUIK, Red Giant, Motion Bro, Element 3D) to streamline production.
Design Acumen
• Strong foundation in composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to conceptualize original ideas and execute under tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and dedication to visual polish.
Soft Skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Receptive to feedback and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Passionate about games, storytelling, and motion as a medium.
