About the Role

We’re looking for a Toronto-based Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator with a sharp eye, fast brain, and creative instincts. This role is for someone who gets social — someone who knows how to shoot, edit, post, engage, and optimize content that feels alive and actually performs. If you’re organized, independent, and know how to make content that connects — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Create and schedule social-first content (Reels, Carousels, Stories, Static Posts)
Shoot photo and video content on-location (mostly in Toronto)
Write sharp, brand-aligned captions and community-focused copy
Support in social media calendar planning and execution
Track insights and help guide content improvements
Communicate with internal team and clients when needed
Requirements

Based in Toronto
2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
Strong photography and videography skills (must have your own gear or access to it)
Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current content trends
Excellent writing and communication skills
Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills
Graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a strong bonus
Experience working with brands or agencies is a plus
Basic video editing chops (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, flexible environment
