Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant to join our dynamic team at Trucare Medical Clinic and Walk-In. Located in a vibrant community, this role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our busy clinic, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling inquiries.
Utilize Accuro EMR for patient records management and scheduling.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate documentation.
Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry and correspondence.
Coordinate appointments using Outlook Calendar and other scheduling tools.
Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with patients and healthcare providers.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements

Proven experience as an Assistant or in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
Familiarity with Accuro EMR is required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
