Store Manager – NSW Shoe Connection
Location: Parramatta, NSW
Full-time | 38 hours per week

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail, customer service, and team development? NSW Shoe Connection is looking for a Store Manager to drive success, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales and KPI objectives.
Deliver an outstanding service experience to every customer.
Implement employee rosters and build a self-sufficient, collaborative team.
Coordinate and promote weekly in-store promotions across various departments.
Ensure the store runs smoothly, keeping customer satisfaction as the top priority.
Train, coach, and develop team members, shaping the next generation of retail leaders.
Maintain a visually appealing store while upholding occupational health and safety regulations.
Manage stock levels efficiently, minimizing losses and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Empower and build capability within your team, fostering a positive work culture.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and store policies.
Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
Confidently navigate various tech platforms, systems, and reports.
Conduct interviews and support the hiring process to build a strong team.
