This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who's passionate about thoughtful retail. You'll lead a small team, optimise our store and online performance, and help shape what Green Horse looks like as we grow.

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing both the retail floor and our growing e-commerce arm. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, refining systems, supporting online performance and guiding a small, passionate team. There’s also room to contribute to our marketing, from helping shape in-store campaigns to supporting email marketing and social content.

It’s a varied role with lots of autonomy and space to shape how we do things.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

Love retail and believe in its power to create meaningful experiences

Have experience leading teams and running retail operations

Are digitally confident, ideally with e-comm, POS or marketing tools

Are excited by systems, process improvement and creative problem-solving

Enjoy pitching in on marketing, content or community engagement

Can switch between floor shifts and strategy without skipping a beat

Want to be part of something small but mighty, with room to grow as we grow

The Details

4 to 5 days per week

Must be available for at least one weekend day consistently

Based in Northcote, Melbourne
