Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive with expertise in Tally ERP (preferably Tally Prime). The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, support audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. A strong working knowledge of Tally is a must.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.
• Record and reconcile all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
• Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, etc.) as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper filing of records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budget tracking and expense control.
Key Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 35 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description
We are looking for a talented SAP Native HANA Lead to join our IT team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in SAP HANA technologies and will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of data solutions using SAP Native HANA. This role will involve collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Required Skills
• 7 to 10 Years of relevant experience with SAP Native HANA Analytics
• Experience with SAP Business Objects including Universe, Design Studio and Lumira. Dashboards and WebI development.
• Create WEBi reports and dashboards to support our distribution business analytic needs using various data sources from like SAP BW; Oracle; SQL Server; Salesforce. com.
• Working knowledge of and validated capabilities with JavaScript for Design
• Expert in various Business objects tools - Web Intelligence; IDT; UDT; Live Office; Data Federator; BI Launchpad; CMC; Scheduling.
• Good knowledge in SAP ECC extraction, data modeling, BW-ABAP and Bex.
• Ability to research data issues in SAP BW and SAP ECC
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data in SAP HANA. Experience of HANA scripting for advanced data processing.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools, especially in the context of SAP BW. Knowledge of SAP Data Services or other ETL tools.
• Experience with ETL using SAP BOBJ Data services 4.0.
• Expertise with BW as a data source and writing BW Queries using BEx Query Designer and creating complex workbooks in BEx Analyzer.
• Application-level administration activities (installation, configuration, maintenance) will be a strong plus.
• Must be familiar with Data Warehousing best practices.
• Experience in ABAP or BW or BWIP or SAC is an added advantage.
• Experience with ETL using SAP BOBJ Data services 4.0., CDS
• Power BI experience would be a great advantage
• TIDAL knowledge would be added advantage
• Good knowledge in working with different source system extractions.
• In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP support project:
• Unit Testing, Integration Testing
• User Support activities
• Exposure to ASAP and other structured ITIL methodologies
