We’re focused on taking our service from great to exceptional, and we’re looking for passionate, experienced bar professionals to help us deliver standout hospitality in our iconic setting.
This part-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a team that values genuine connection, attention to detail, and premium service.
About the Role
Based in Joseph’s Restaurant & Bar
Host and serve guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
Prepare and present beverages to a high standard, including cocktails and wine
Build genuine connections with guests and create exceptional experiences
Be a proud ambassador for the Mansion Hotel & Spa brand
About You
Prior bar experience in a hotel or a la carte dining environment
Confident cocktail-making and solid wine/beverage knowledge
Enthusiastic about hospitality and continuous improvement
Holds a valid RSA certificate
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
Calm under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced team environment
Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
